Want to ditch Miralax for good?

  • Improve stool consistency (more play-doh like vs. sticky, soft, hard, or pebbly)  
  • Speed up motility (so that you go daily & fully evacuate) 
  • Train the “urge” to go in the morning (did you know your colon stretches to hold onto as much stool as you “train” it to?) 

Root Causes to Consider:

Here are some root causes to dig into to improve the above… 

  • Mineral deficiencies (potassium, magnesium, iodine, etc.) 
  • Slow/ poor thyroid function (hypothyroidism/ cellular hypothyroidism)
  • Under eating the right types of starches/ fiber for stool consistency
